Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

The CCCCO in collaboration with various constituency groups, including ACHRO/EEO, is undertaking the important work of executing the Vision for Success Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Taskforce’s Implementation Plan.  The plan calls for all stakeholders in the system to take action to eliminate barriers to the employment, advancement, and inclusion of individuals based on race, ethnicity, sex, gender, disability status, and other characteristics that continue to be used to exclude and oppress members of our communities.  ACHRO/EEO is a key partner in addressing many areas of the plan.  This is our time to step up and help lead meaningful change in a moment of renewed awareness.
