 tioners is never a one-person job. It takes advocacy\, collaboration\, and
  partnerships at all levels to ensure that the vision\, mission\, and inst
 itutional goals are met. Collaboration strengthens advocacy efforts. These
  efforts help bring awareness of and implementing the various resources th
 at exist on and off campus spaces. Expertise and proficiency also come in 
 the form of influences outside of HR practitioners.\n\nIt is important to 
 understand the various vantage points that exist at a campus and/or distri
 ct and tap into existing resources we may not know are there. Advocating f
 or HR and partnership with HR takes many voices and efforts. In our next A
 CHRO Townhall\, we will explore the various ways HR practitioners can leve
 rage both internal and external stakeholder and build on the power of part
 nerships. While we engage in these spaces\, please join an exciting and th
 ought-provoking panel from members within our collegial spaces\, including
 :\n\n 	Chief Student Services Officer spaces\n 	Chief Instructional Office
 r spaces\n 	Chief Business/Financial Officers spaces\n 	Chief Executive Of
 ficers spaces\n 	Representative(s) from our California Community College C
 hancellor’s Office\n\nProfessional Learning Outcomes:\n\n 	Find ways to 
 engage and promote various resources that exist on and off campus\;\n 	Enh
 ance the collegiality experience for HR practitioners utilizing the variou
 s vantage points that exist at the Executive level and leveraging those po
 ints\;\n 	Explore ways in which to create a culture of shared responsibili
 ties amongst executive leaders on campus and/or the District\;\n 	Find way
 s to encourage and increase dialogue between HR practitioners and other ca
 mpus leaders\;\n\n“Power is nothing unless you can turn it into influenc
 e.” – Dr. Condoleeza Rice\n\nThe ACHRO Town Halls also serve a way to 
 build community and networking opportunities amongst human resources profe
 ssionals throughout the state of California. ACHRO Town Halls are led by l
